Linda A. Burrows
Linda A. Burrows assists clients with minimizing the difficulties posed by unpredictable situations involving incapacity and one’s passing as well as those stemming from administering a loved one’s estate. When counseling clients about estate planning, Ms. Burrows understands that it is common for most clients to find the process difficult and filled with emotion, confusion, misunderstanding, challenging family dynamics, misinformation, fatigue and expectations. Therefore, it is important that the process of plan development and administration be communicated so clients are aware of the purpose of each step and how each is an important component to the clients’ desired results.
Ms. Burrows practices exclusively in the areas of estate planning and trust and estate administration. As a Wealth Counsel member, Ms. Burrows is part of a national organization of estate planning and trust and estate administration attorneys who keep at the forefront of changes in the law and best practices that impact the client experience in accomplishing the important tasks of estate planning and administration.
Outside of the office, Ms. Burrows enjoys cooking, running with friends and watching her family play music and sports.
Ms. Burrows received her B.S. degree in Journalism (News Editorial) at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and her law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. Ms. Burrows is admitted to practice law in California and the United States District Courts for the Central District of California.
